    Sport: Wind Surfing Shop Riders

    Age: 20

    Sail Number: K109

Date of Birth: 15th November 1988

Location right now: Southampton, so sail anywhere on the south coast

    Occupation: Full time Student

Home spot: Rutland Water, the home of Nobles my board sponsor

Current kit list: RRD Twintip 100, RRD Twinfin 82 and RRD Hardcore wave 70

Current moves trying: Grubby, 1 and non handed Flaka, Shuv-it, Puneta and Eslider

Favourite moves I can do. Backloop, Spock 540 and forward

    Disciplines: freestyle and wave

Favourite spot: I pretty much like anywhere on the south coast, for the freestyle days it would probably be Portland harbour or Poole and for the days when I want some waves, I would probably go to the Witterings or Overcombe.

Mission Statement: To be successful and most importantly have fun doing it.

Go out and try hard if not go home

My favourite conditions at the moment are well powered up on a 5.7 down to 4.7 with my freestyle board and flat water. When that gets a bit repetitive I love to well powered up on my 82 or below in some logo high waves with port tack jumping.

I grew up near a lake called Rutland Water which is where I got in to Sailing from a fairly young age. That was due to my Dad being really keen on sailing himself. At the age of 16 I started to get into windsurfing after giving it ago on a holiday in the med. Since then I have never really looked back. When I first started I was into my racing, so one of my first boards was a formula board which I had for about a year. I then moved onto the freestyle and whenever I could get to the coast I would try to go wave sailing. For my 18th birthday I got Neilpryde and JP kit, I then had problems with the boards and decided to compete so I looked for some sponsors to help me out, Nobles where kind enough to offer me a deal which I couldn't resist for my boards. So for the last 2 years I have been competing on the UKWA circuit doing there Freewave discipline and trying to get to the wave events.

Sponsors: Nobles, Simmer Style, O'Shea Clothing, Hytner Exhibitions and Maui Fin
