Started windsurfing in 1986 and got involved in racing in 1989. Competed in the UKWA events from 1992 to 2002, having a brilliant time competing against some awesome sailors. Frequent visitor to west Kirby, especially since work moved me back up north!
Managed to get on TV several times due to windsurfing including Daytime Live with Alan Titchmarsh, Good Morning with Richard and Judy, and Look North West with Gordon Burns!
Got into coaching in the late 1990's when I was at uni and love it! Working with, and developing the new talent in the UK is awesome and we've got some great sailors coming through the ranks!
