sSs Team Rider, Adam Sims, continues to up his game in freestyle and waves. He just can't stay away from the flat water constant wind venues in Egypt. This time it's El Tur. Adam tells the story:
''Having made a video from Egypt before, which included a lot of lifestyle footage I decided to focus more on the performance of the RRD Twintips and the Ezzy sails. Working on the most advanced moves I could and combining that with lots of different camera angles, I put this movie together to show not just my recent training but also the moves possible on the fast and spinny 2010 Twintips.
On the training front, I decided to focus mainly on freestyle, learning new moves and working on consistence for competitions. All the hours on the water all paid off in the end as on my return I got 1st place at the first UKWA Freestyle event this year, held in Bournemouth, in front of Al Bentley. Following this I took the long road trip to Wales and Ireland to compete on the BWA circuit. Entering as an Amateur I managed to win this event as well. Considering as the last down the line conditions I went out in were Tiree last year, I was really really happy with that result.''
