Its Been TOOOOOOO long !!!!

What a winter, it must have been the worst I can remember for not sailing, and I didn’t even book a holiday this winter double bad luck!

Made up for it though this weekend after my last sail in waves early December we scored some great conditions on Easter Monday after a 4 month wait! I have been getting some cheeky freestyle sessions in at West Kirby but even they only started in mid March and I have to admit I was sailing a little on the rusty side…..

I still can’t believe how cold it is, at West Kirby on Easter Sunday is was a perfect sunny day but only 6C, at least it got up to 9C on Monday and I didn’t need to wear a surf hat or gloves without feeling uncomfortable

As usual the Wave Twin 82 / Ezzywave 5.0m combo worked a real treat….why would I want anything else!
